This suppose to be a health care facility but you will be sick just from the temperature there. Pack your winter jacket.
Minnie was one of the best phlebotomists I've encountered. She was professional, friendly, and efficient in her profession. Front desk staff and all the phlebotomists at this location I found to be very favorable and hardly any wait time at all! I don't understand why so many give less than great reviews. Please treat the staff as you would like to be treated with courtesy and show your appreciation for what they have to endure and for what they do.
Oh my goodness, my experience was amazing!!! Ron and Ashley were so efficient and they were so organized. Every patient was in and out with a smile. Thank Yall so much! God bless
Came in without an appointment and was in and out in 15 mins. I get queasy and hate everything about blood and needles but the person who drew my blood (her name is Yisel) was so sweet and gentle and I barely even felt the needle. Definitely recommend this lab and Yisel.
Lab was fine, but they didn't put my insurance in when creating my account. I went back to the same office/counter and the employee would not do anything with my insurance card and gave me a pamflet with other lab locations. What a waste of time! I only came here because my Dr. requested it. The lab at beach cities health building in Redondo is much better.
