Best bike service. They were able to help with something for them was simple (not for me) and they fixed it on the fly. I will definitely come back to tune up all my bikes here. Customer service deserves 6 stars!!!
Friendly local bike shop, no hidden fees, they actually call and tell customer for work that needs to be done, whether to proceed or not. The manager and employees are honest. I plan to come here more often for service.
Have you ever been to a business and decided there would never be a reason to try anywhere else? That is the level of service I was provided here. I had them my e bike which had many issues and only a few that were dire and I wanted to be fixed. My mechanic Juan not only fixed my bike but touched up every single piece that needed some love at a much cheaper cost than I figured just my base repair would have been. Just great. I ride road bike masters level. Wasn't happy with another shop as the tuneups always seemed to be off. I explained how my tuning preferences and these guys nailed it like they were personal mechanics. Very happy. Great work. Back again 6 months later - they are just so nice and set my bike just how I like. Just very fair and GREAT work. The guys in front are so nice and Bill is a great mechanic.
