Gave me the best quote for an AC unit installation in my townhouse about 3 years ago. Last year the machine didn’t turn on when summer started. Called Harman and had a technician come and quickly fix it. I was a bit sad about having to pay the labor on a pretty new unit, but Harman gave a discount. This year again, as winter ended, machine didn’t start again.
