We had Garry and the team from Torr Engineering come to fit our air conditioning unit last week. Excellent service right from initial enquiry, no pushy sales, clear quote with no added extras after agreed price. Arrived on time and cracked on with the job, even cleaned up as they went! Our air con has been a life changer, I haven't slept so well! 5 stars for Garry and his team and will recommend them to anyone who is thinking of getting air con!
This week, we had Garry and his team install two units in our bedrooms. From the point of our initial enquiry, Garry was responsive and efficient. He is clearly very knowledgable and was able to give valued advice about the different options. On installation day, he and the team turned up on time and worked without any fuss. Garry was very responsive in all enquiries and turned up on the dates and times agreed for quotation and installation - a rare quality in a lot of tradesmen I find!!
