Torque is an amazing place. There are a ton of classes (type and time of day) that work for a variety of interests, and quite a few unique offerings you can't find nearby. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and kind, regardless of the amount of times you've stopped in or your fitness level. The classes are approachable and there are always options to modify. Visited this studio for the first time and could not say enough good things about the studio and community. I took a class with Summer, the owner, she is passionate, energetic and you can tell she puts her heart into everything she does! The studio is a little far away from me personally, but truly enjoyed my visit and cannot wait to come back

Torque is the place that keeps me disciplined. So many times, I’ve tried to come up with a schedule for working out and I would dread getting up. I look forward to going to Torque and tell everyone about it. The classes are upbeat and energetic mixed with self reflection. Each instructor is unique in their style while keeping a similar class structure. Torque is a happy place for so many people, and the energy you feel upon entering is unmatched. Give it a try this new year- I promise you won’t regret it.
