Torque is the place that keeps me disciplined. So many times, I’ve tried to come up with a schedule for working out and I would dread getting up. I look forward to going to Torque and tell everyone about it. The classes are upbeat and energetic mixed with self reflection. Each instructor is unique in their style while keeping a similar class structure. Torque is a happy place for so many people, and the energy you feel upon entering is unmatched. Give it a try this new year- I promise you won’t regret it.

I live in NYC most of the year and nothing is as good or hard as torque!! Summer has created such a wonderful environment that keeps me coming back every time I’m home!
