Great experience! Very clear about process and expectations. Helped a great deal with communicating with the insurance company that was paying for the repair. We had a slight rear differential leak and they had it in and out of the shop in two days. All the people I met there were kind and thorough. I’ll go back to Torqe n Bend if I ever need the repairs they offer.
I cannot recommend Torque and Bend transmission enough. These guys went above and beyond anything I expected from a company. They communicated with me all through my rebuild and dealing with my extended warranty company. I am new to Bend and wasn’t sure where I should go so I googled best transmission shop in Bend and these guys popped up. Hello everyone. My trucks transmission needed rebuilding and I spend almost a week shopping around comparing prices, quality and warranty and Torque N Bend not only met my expectations with their customers service but my truck felt awesomely smooth. I took my truck here for transmission check. I can’t comment on the work they do because they didn’t find an issue with the transmission, but their customer service was excellent.
