Love the environment @ Torque Movement and the personal training Brian gives.
The only place I’ve ever felt comfortable to come in at my fitness level and participate in group training whilst also getting guidance to meet me at my level. Brian keeps the energy and atmosphere fun and dynamic so it’s something you look forward to going to week after week even during cold melbourne winters!
Highly recommend Torque Movement for all your fitness needs. Great environment to train in. Brian is a fantastic personal trainer. He changes it up at every session and definitely keeps you motivated. His training has made a vast improvement on my fitness levels.

After returning to club level competitions, I need to get myself back into shape. Brian at Torque spent time listening to my goals and adjusting my program to help me regain the vertical jump I had long lost from my high school days. He is now tailoring my program to help me achieve new heights (pun intended). I highly recommend Torque and Brian himself as he listens and tailors programs to yours bodies needs. The community at Torque is welcoming and warm. There is no judgement here just encouragement.
