We brought our car from them. They cheated us. Not even 1 year, car paint started pealing off. Never again.
Poor communication and inefficient service team. Dropped car for service at 6am with acknowledgement car ready for pick up at 1230 hours. Tried to call multiple times for update but nil answer. Car was released 3 hours after initial planned release.
I bought my Honda CR-V new from Torque Honda North Lakes just over 8 years ago in January 2018. They’ve done all services, repairs and warranty work and because I drive quite a distance each year to their service centre they’ve always gone out of their way to have me back on the road asap. They’ve gone out of their way and claimed repairs on warranty without me having to ask, and given friendly reliable service all these years. Best car dealer I’ve dealt with and I highly recommend them.
