Disappointing experience with inconsistent explanations. After the 90,000 km service, an issue surfaced and they admitted they hadn’t performed a job despite it being marked as completed on the service sheet. I had suspected the same at the 80,000 km service but was assured it had been done, again supported by signed paperwork. This is difficult to accept given the direct contradiction. This is where the car was originally bought, so i feel obligated to take it there, even though iv moved and live more than two hours away, I still return to torque because their work shop and mechanics are top notch, they are understanding of my travel and have express service. They don't treat you like most mechanics or charge you for anything unwarranted. I will continue to use northlakes torque honda.
