Mitchell and Delila are both so helpful, caring and professional. They are never too busy to assist me, even when I turn up unexpected if I have a question or a concern. I love my Honda. I've always driven Toyota's but I fell in love with the sporty look of the Honda civic. The service department have always treated me warmly. Highly recommend Torque Honda northlakes.

Disappointing experience with inconsistent explanations. After the 90,000 km service, an issue surfaced and they admitted they hadn’t performed a job despite it being marked as completed on the service sheet. I had suspected the same at the 80,000 km service but was assured it had been done, again supported by signed paperwork. This is difficult to accept given the direct contradiction. The issue has now cost me a new set of tyres after only 30,000 km. The car has been serviced by them every 10,000 km since fitting, so their... read more
