I had a very disappointing experience at this Ford dealership. I specifically booked an appointment in advance to ensure I could take a test drive without any delays. Despite arriving on time for my scheduled appointment, I was left waiting while other customers who walked in after me were attended to first. Absolutely terrible experience. The staff were extremely lazy and unprofessional. We had a confirmed appointment, yet they still wasted our time. If you’re looking to waste your day, go here. Otherwise, avoid this place.
