Came in for a Dyno Job, What Can I say? The guys in the shop are great! They treat each other like a family and I felt very welcomed in the shop, My bike rides and feels much better after the Dyno. Also there were some custom bikes there that they have done!! Highly recommended this shop, whether you’re looking for an oil change or to get that bike build you always wanted!! Thanks guys!!
My first experience at Torque Custom Cycle is nothing short of top tier. The staff on the phone when I made the appointment were patient and courteous and never felt rushed off the phone. The day of my appointment when I met the owner Mike even though the work I needed was minimal and simple he took the time to talk and immediately felt more like a friend than customer. Adrian and Mike are amazing human beings and complete experts at what they do. Even though I live in NYC and the commute may be somewhat of a pain in the ass, I won't bring my bike anywhere else that's not this shop. They have all my trust. I live in Astoria, Queens, and took my Harley with me over to my family's to celebrate July 4th in Englewood.
