Love how easy Torque makes it to get my oil changed! I can drop off my vehicle the night before, the shop is in constant communication with me on the day of service; they completed the service quickly & I was able to pick up my car after hours. I love that I was able to get my car serviced when it worked for my schedule! I've been twice now and will be back. The staff I interacted with both times were very friendly and helpful! Would absolutely recommend coming here over the Audi Dealership (perfect for my 2023 Audi Q5).
I recently took my VW Jetta to Torque European Car Care for its annual service, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Their facility is brand new, the shop is spotless, and the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and inviting. What I appreciated most was how transparent they were throughout the process.
