I had problems with getting my car in to first and second gear. This had been happening for about a year. Not everytime but I just knew something was wrong. I moved to a new area, and the problems got worse due to lots of traffic light's, heavy traffic etc. To be honest it wasn't very nice experiences when it would happen. Great service from this company, will definitely use again. Needed a whole differential fitting; sorted quickly and smoothly. Great communication from the team who deal with all the phone enquiries. Although they are in Kent, you’d think they were onsite in Torquay. Brilliant job, thank you.
I learnt of this transmission repairer at a time of not knowing where to turn with my attempts to find someone who could repair the Ford Powershift 6DCT450 transmission on my 2012 Kuga. The local Ford dealer (Vosper) was distinctly non committal and did not even try to induce any customer confidence in their enthusiasm or ability to repair this.
