This rating is not for the centre itself. It is for Doctor Duke Gordon. After paying standard consult fee plus $280 for an MRI scan I called the clinic to see how I get my results. In the past it’s just been a quick phone call at other medical hubs. Well this time they pencilled me in for a phone call and I had my results 4 days later over a 2 mins and 30 second phone call. Fantastic facility with wonderful doctors and staff. Onsite Radiology and Pathology collection. Great cafe too.
Been a patient of this business from the start in Myers Street, then Cottage Medical clinic and now Torquay as I followed my GP Dr J.P. Darby who “punches well above his weight” and have been his patient for more years than I care to remember. I really appreciate him. I also see the amazing endocrinologist Prof Lee Kennedy. All the reception staff as well are just so helpful and lovely so highly recommend this practice. It’s worth the trip to Torquay for this.
