No blood test to check what condition my son had. Therefore he was prescribed further antibiotics for a viral infection (antibiotics are no use for viral infection) which had previously caused reactive rashes. Ended up in emergency due to fainting and his throat closing up whereby glandular fever was diagnosed through proper tests. Doctors should not be prescribing antibiotics without proper procedure. Disappointing for a supposed state-of-the-art clinic.
This rating is not for the centre itself. It is for Doctor Duke Gordon. After paying standard consult fee plus $280 for an MRI scan I called the clinic to see how I get my results. In the past it’s just been a quick phone call at other medical hubs. Well this time they pencilled me in for a phone call and I had my results 4 days later over a 2 mins and 30 second phone call. Fantastic facility with wonderful doctors and staff. Onsite Radiology and Pathology collection. Great cafe too.
