The only reason I have given five stars is for the doctors, especially Dr. Anne Docherty, who goes above and beyond for her patients. The girls behind the reception could learn some manners, especially Emma, who is very rude.
The 5 stars are only for the exceptional medical staff, the facilities and services, and for the two gentlemen at reception, who are decent competent people that fix up others’ messes. Sadly, there are reception staff who ruin this clinic. My husband and I have been turning a blind eye, but the last straw does eventually come.
