2016 were golden years however this has now become a sausage factory community practice. Complaints raised directly on site and in email on 27 July completely left unanswered. Directors Decisions outcome not communicated to patient at all creating a dangerous situation for an individual’s wellbeing as left in limbo due to no communication. My husband died two weeks ago after being misdiagnosed by an uncaring young male doctor working at this practice. He did not show any remorse when we met with him and his attitude towards us was one of callousness and indifference. Our family are left heartbroken and in pieces while he continues to practice with no repercussions.
Just poor customer service. If the doctor is going to be 45 minutes late please let the patients know. It's just common manners. Grumpy front office staff and overall this place has become a McDonald's franchise.
Hervey Bay Doctors is fantastic for same-day care, friendly staff, efficient service, and attentive doctors. Highly recommend.
Ignore the lunatics and their one star reviews. If you can’t get good care at this clinic then YOU are the problem. Great team from doctors and nurses through to front desk staff.
