Excellent experience for my first visit with Torquay Dental. It's a beautiful fitout, feels like a day spa! Dr Rishi was supported by Maddy, and they were both kind, friendly, and he took time to explain and show everything they were doing. They really understand how vulnerable patients can feel in the dentist's chair and made sure they created a positive experience. Such a nice dental clinic experience that we have moved our whole family’s treatments here now. Was quite nervous about my 18mo needing to see a dentist given her age, but we had a very positive experience (great little book nook in the waiting room, Peppa Pig on the tv above the chair, Dr Rachael was very gentle). Now see Dr Yvette myself and it feels great to support a local mother in her passion, as a mum of young kids myself. More dental clinics like this one please!
I had my first routine check up and clean with Michelle today and it was an absolute delight from the very beginning, she listened to my concerns and addressed them all with such care and understanding ,I have severe dental anxiety and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of through the entire visit ,I highly recommend her and this practice
