I visited Torquay for work and needed some urgent help. I was a long way from home. The lads at Torquay Auto Service got me out of trouble, were so friendly and awesome to deal with, and didn't make me feel like a twit! A very professional bunch of lads. Highly recommend.

I’m writing this on behalf of my sister, who had her Mazda 3 serviced here for 3-4 years and was ripped off every single time. As an 18-year-old uni student, she was being charged between $1,000 - $1,400 every six months for 'essential' repairs and servicing. I finally convinced her to switch to Highton Auto two years ago. Since the move, she hasn’t paid more than $350 per service, and that includes a free hire car and a full clean. It is appalling and disgusting to see a young woman taken advantage of like this.
