Great experience, really lovely & knowledgeable staff
We can’t thank the staff and Dr Billy enough for helping our Dog Donnie after a bad accident at home. They helped us with no hesitation despite being fully booked for the day and rushed Donnie into surgery. We were so stressed and panicked and they took control and made us feel full of confidence. We have been using Torquay Animal House for years and they have never let us down. We are so grateful to have such a great veterinary clinic so close by. Thank you so much again!
Our 8 (almost 9) year old great dane had a teeth cleaning and scaling today. Given her age, she had blood drawn for testing prior to being administered a general anaesthetic. We were fully informed beforehand, knew the costs involved, unless anything untoward was found during the procedure, when they would have contacted us before proceeding. All staff at the Torquay animal House are outstanding. They are loving, kind, caring, thoughtful, and very accommodating. I have had challenges with my dog Arlo and they have been very understanding and helpful to assist me in dealing with each challenge. They have also helped me through these challenges and being very compassionate in all situations.
