We originally came in for a second opinion about our dog, Frank, who has been struggling with ongoing ear infections, and we’re so glad we did. Dr Tom was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. It was clear he genuinely cared and wanted the best outcome for her Gem at reception was also amazing.
