Customer service has been absolutely atrocious once payment was made. As soon as they got the sale, communication completely disappeared. Getting a response has been like trying to get blood from a stone. I’ve chased Jim repeatedly, dealt with another staff member who clearly had no idea what he was talking about, and was promised multiple call-backs that never eventuated. Communication was poor, number was coming up with private, then try again came up Newcastle, price was abit too much to compare to other quotes was disappointed.
I recently had my new exhaust system installed by Torqit. And had a great experience from friendly staff kyle & Nick who kept me informed throughout the installation of my exhaust system and tune. The car has improved power and throttle response and the quality of workmanship and material are worth the money.
Worst customer service iv ever had! Told me could tune my car then make excuses because I done to many mods! Tuner didn’t know to to delete a throttle body! They’ve taken the unit back after the agreed to refund me now won’t refund me.
Only just purchased an exhaust system for my 79 series land cruiser so l haven't seen it yet however I found the service and knowledge excellent and very prompt in getting back to me look forward to seeing the system.
