Father-in-law’s truck had some issues with the spark plugs and Torq’d was THE only place in town that was willing to look at the issue and fixed it. It’s a 2005 Ford 150 and we went to multiple places in town that straight up rejected to even LOOK at the problem. Not only Torq’d has friendly staff members, we were shocked how affordable it was once everything was reviewed. Highly recommend!
Spent like 8 grand at there shop 3 years ago and I had some red powder coated break calipers installed. When I got the truck back they had chipped the crap out of them. I called them up and they said they would make it right. So I took it back and they called me and said my Brake Calipers were painted and not PC witch is total bs and I said I want them repowder coated. Got the truck back and they so fr spray painted my calipers with Red spray paint😂. Other than that they did ok work on everything else that was done.
My wife and I were traveling through and my drive shaft slip yoke had decide to seize up. So we called them and they managed to slip us in. Thanks to the manager (didn't get his name), Todd (service scheduler) and the mechanics for getting us in and taking care of it. You guys are great.
The customer support was crazy good and the work was very quality I appricate there’s a shop in Joplin willing to work with aftermarket parts so easily 10/10
