For all your Talaria, Surron needs! Great in store accessories and even better staff. Very knowledgeable. Fair pricing. If they dont have it in stock they'll get it for you fast. Both times I have needed parts for my Talaria Mx5 they have successfully managed to get what I needed when I needed it! I will 100% be a returning customer and they will be the first and likely only number I reach out to. Great work Toronto PWC!!!
Took my 2004 Seadoo in for a starting then stopping issue. Rich took some time and systematically and diligently found the problem for me. He recommended the part that was needed for my fix, (which was not super easy to come by as the machine is pretty old). But I found it, ordered it, installed it myself and she runs like a top. I think it might even be faster now 🤔 Thanks Rich
I can’t recommend Toronto PWC enough. With so much of the marine industry filled with incompetence and scams especially when it comes to anything service related, it was refreshing to deal with Tim and Rich. Dropped off a seadoo for what I was expecting to be severe issues on Monday and had a call from them Tuesday evening (well after their business hours) letting me know it’s ready for pick up. As for the bill, I thought at first they were missing an extra 0 at the end of it.
I bought my Talaria XXX from PWC Toronto and have continued bringing it back for maintenance and upgrades. What keeps me coming back is how honest they are. Every time I ask about an upgrade, they take the time to explain the pros, the cons, and the trade-offs. They never try to upsell you or push parts you don’t need. In fact, if they think something isn’t worth doing, they’ll tell you. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days.
