Dr Megan Himmel - Rheumatology, spent an absurd amount of time with me, which is unheard of, usually it’s pull down your pants cough and get out… Very grateful of all the extra time spent and care given… Maria, the doctor’s administrative assistant top notch, answers the phone, tries to help you out and calls you back. Only down side, poor parking and streetcar access..
Dr Mohammed orthopedic surgery. Is the reason for 2 stars. Most Dr's there are great, but this guy is just a money grubbing surgeon.
Had a terrible experience here when my back was out. (Paramedics were very kind). Sat in the ambulance bay for a couple hours, finally got a semi secluded corner with curtain. Doctor came a few hours later, barely checked me and talked to me with contempt. No tests run, had to practically beg for pain relief and was treated like I was drug seeking. And then after super flippant treatment or lack there of had to try and get myself a cab while I can’t walk. Nurses just watched as my partner and I struggled and cried to put me ... read more
I had to leave the Emergency Room tonight without receiving treatment because I felt completely unsafe. While I understand the staff is busy, the waiting room environment was unacceptable. There were people fighting and yelling, and the smell was terrible with someone constantly farting in the open. The chairs were extremely dirty and the whole area felt unmonitored.
