Negligent and don’t believe you
Exceptional! I’ve spent two and a half years trying to find what was wrong with me. In total I had 15 MRI’s before coming here and in one MRI they were able to find what has been causing my problems. I’m finally able to get proper care. Staff were wonderful, compassionate, nice respectful! Great job everyone.
They have to be breaking some kind of hipaa laws or something with the way the triage lady and the doctors just come n yell out the patient symptoms in full earshot of all the other patients around. Also they know all sorts of dirty looking people (no offense) sit in the waiting room seats and there was not a single effort to wipe n clean those between patients n I’m supposed to expect their toilets to be cleaned regularly 🤡 according to a nurse. No concern for elderly fall risk patients, our family member fell twice in hospital room with huge ‘fall-risk’ warning signs posted & suffered a fatal head injury due to the negligent nurses that were supposed to be caring for them. Hopefully those nurses are not still employed with UHN putting others’ family members at risk. So-called ‘patient relations’ was useless, unprofessional and avoided our family till we got lawyers and ombudsman involved. Bring your elderly family members elsewhere.
