Andrew Rouble is an excellent family doctor.
I do not recommend this clinic, Dr. Peters was amazing and unfortunately she went on maternity leave and not coming back. The new doctor (Dr. Ferguson) is disrespectful and unprofessional as the GM Greg. I have decided to find a new family doctor as I was told by the replacement doctor there that “shit happens and I need to learn how to deal with it” when I went for mental health support, she also said that it is normal for people to have insomnia everyday. Go somewhere else. Heed the reviews. It's not the doctor's it's the reception area. Doctors are fine.
The clinic needs a better booking system, we have called many times to book an appointment for the after hour service and we have never been successful so we had to go to another walk in clinic. Although our family doctor works there, but when our kids are sick and we need medical attention and care we really need to see a dr. Then if we can’t get an appointment and we go to another clinic they call and they get mad at the patients, the manager and the front desk staff are not cooperative either.
