I’m extremely disappointed with the way this office treated me — especially as a new mother. I drove 1 hour and 40 minutes with my 3-month-old baby to get to an appointment I had waited months for with Dr K. Turchin. I have called multiple times for an appointment and she is either away or fully booked. Love my Doctor but literally can never get an appointment anymore, was even told to go to a walk in clinic.
Whenever I visit my doctor and bring up issues that genuinely concern me, 99% of the time I leave without any clear guidance or referrals. It’s frustrating and feels like a waste of time
