The horrendous woman at the front desk should be fired. She is single handedly ruining the reputation of the clinic. The vet was good but I have no words for this woman's demeanor. She charged my brother $1200 for a 24 hour stay to treat his diabetic dog. They determined three hours into the stay that she needed to be moved to the emergency vet.
