I have taken my dog to this clinic for various concerns and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are extremely warm and caring and the coat of services is reasonable. I would highly recommend Toronto Veterinary Clinic to other pet owners!
We came to this clinic for the first time for a check-up in order to get a Cytopoint injection. The clinic policy states that if you are a new patient, all procedures must first go through a doctor’s examination. During that check-up, the doctor said HE WAS AFRAID MY DOG MIGHT BITE HIM and was afraid to check his teeth and oral cavity. For context, my dog weighs only 4 pounds. Fantastic veterinary clinic, Both Dr. Bick and Harmeet Jassal are very kind and knowledgeable. The staff is all great and super helpful. I have gone in before with my cat for non-emergency issues and they were cared for and resolved. They have taken very good care of my moms cat as well. This time I had a more serious and mysterious situation with my 13 year old cat, but Dr. Harmeet absolutely made all the right calls, consistently followed up by phone and I truly believe that thanks to that my cat is alive and well today.
