Just so Im clear, I only gave this service a 3 star because i only talked to a rep on the phone. i didn't actually have them do any work yet . But the man on the phone did give me a great bit of his time and knowledge . Which to me is valuable . He took his time making sure all my questions were answered to where i understood the process and cost . I am 70 yrs. old and have been driving for 50+ yrs. Took my Audi S4 in with transmission noises. No one else wanted to touch it. Ray and his team got it all sorted for me. While it took longer than we both thought it would, car runs like new with absolutely no more noise! Very satisfied with the service. Would recommend these guys for transmission issues.
