I was disappointed by the treatment I received at this clinic with what felt like clear racial bias. No one seeking medical care should have to feel less than or overlooked based on their background or appearance. I sincerely hope this clinic takes a hard look at the way it treats all patients. Everyone deserves to be met with respect and professionalism, no exceptions.
Yesterday was our first visit to Toronto Queensway Ultrasound & X-Ray. I was pleasantly surprised! We were in and out within 20 minutes. The technician (turns out he was the owner also!) was amazing to deal with. Impeccable bedside manners, efficient, and detailed. My daughter was actually not diagnosed properly a week ago by another x-ray clinic and we came here for a 2nd opinion. Coming to this clinic in the first time would have saved us alot of time!
