5 star customer service and quality! With a last minute custom pen request, they were very responsive through email from start to finish. The quality of the pens were great and arrived (with tracking) right in time for a big event. I would definitely work with this company again!
I wanted to order gel pens and I received an email promptly from the person who I contacted. Any questions or concerns, he was always quick to respond to them and once the order was placed, I received the invoice, payment was made and I received the pens way before the shipping date that was mentioned.
