Customer service was extremely rude. The part was right, but dealing with them was not a fun time.
Anna was very helpful and quick to respond. They have a great selection of parts and pool accessories. I needed some parts for my Jandi jxi heater. I usually order parts from an online supplier, but the parts would be delivered in 2-5 weeks because the parts were considered special orders. Toronto pool supplies had 2 of the 3 parts in stock, and ordered the 3rd part for me, it arrived the next day. They were also cheaper than the online supplier.
