Honestly this company deserves a one star. I ordered a part on June 10, 2025. On their website said in stock. We are now in August. They took my money. Said part is unavailable and to wait. All I get is rude replies from Ana, telling me there is nothing to do. Today August 11, still no updates, no part, no resolution, no professionalism. Misleading advertising and unprofessional customer service. I ordered the HS40 heater from Toronto Pool Supplies after seeing “Free shipping” clearly listed on the product page. After completing the purchase, I was told shipping would cost an extra $250 — a charge that was never clearly disclosed during checkout. I have been meaning to write this review since I visited the Toronto Pool Supplies store at the beginning of this season. I was looking for a specific item that was only available at Toronto Pool Supplies. I went to their store at 3280 Steels Ave. I was very impressed with the staff!
