I bought a pool pump hose here, realized it was the wrong type, and went back 30 minutes later to return it—still sealed, brand new, untouched. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was deeply disappointing. I purchased a product that turned out to be defective, and despite bringing this to the attention to the manager, they refused to issue a refund—even after I offered to accept a restocking fee. I tried to be reasonable, but was met with dismissiveness and zero accountability.
