My experience with Toronto Pool Supplies was frustrating from start to finish. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed very limited product knowledge. Communication was poor, and instead of resolving issues, they shifted blame and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I expected far better from a company in this industry.
The experience was deeply disappointing. I purchased a product that turned out to be defective, and despite bringing this to the attention to the manager, they refused to issue a refund—even after I offered to accept a restocking fee. I tried to be reasonable but was met with dismissiveness and zero accountability. A business that won’t stand behind the quality of its products or offer fair solutions to its customers is not one I can recommend. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future.
