I have been meaning to write this review since I visited the Toronto Pool Supplies store at the beginning of this season. Helpful staff, ordering online is really easy
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I spent over $1,000 on a part from Toronto Pool Supplies, paid for expedited shipping—and the part didn’t even work. I called immediately to get support and was told “it’s your problem, we’re not Costco” and that expecting a functioning part was “asking a lot.” I was met with sarcasm, zero accountability, and a complete refusal to help.
