I was charged $90 for what I understood to be a routine eye examination with Dr. Chanh Ngo. Nearly five months later, after I followed up and questioned the charge, the clinic refunded the fee. I am leaving this review due to delivery of flyers despite a clearly visible “No Flyers” sign on my door. This has been happening consistently over the past few months. I have to repeatedly collect and dispose of unwanted flyers even though I have opted out through signage. This is wasteful and disrespectful of clear instructions.
