I had a disappointing experience. The service felt rushed, and the communication was poor. After filling out a form that was only available as a physical copy from the passport office, I was told that some information was missing and that I needed to come back again. Since I live far away, this caused a lot of inconvenience. I now need to return to the passport office, get a new form, and have it completed again in front of another Commissioner of Oaths.
