I placed an online order. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with UPS and I never recieved my order. The customer service staff were amazing and replaced the order free of charge the very next day. They were so easy to work with and so kind. I will definitely order from them again.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Toronto Nail and Beauty Supply. I placed my order about 10–12 days ago, and I still have not received it. When I placed the order, the website clearly mentioned that delivery would take only 3–5 business days, which was one of the main reasons I chose to order from them. Pricing here is competitive and staff is knowledgeable.
I’ve purchased supplies here many times, and so have my friends. They always update new gel colors, quality products, and a wide variety of charms and nail designs at very reasonable prices. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. Even if something I need isn’t available, they can order it for me with a great price. Since I live far away and sometimes can’t travel because of snow, they also offer shipping for salons that are far. Very convenient and reliable. Highly recommend
