I stopped by Toronto Kia just after 5 PM with our kids this past week. The showroom was completely quiet, there were a number of salespeople present with no other customers in sight. We were looking around for a Kia Carnival, but it wasn't on the showroom floor, so I let the kids check out a larger SUV and get their first real dealership experience. My husband and I had a very positive experience at Toronto Kia. We came in to buy a used car we had seen advertised, and Amin was our salesman—he was just fabulous. Warm, relaxed, and personable, he helped enormously with our decision, made available all of the information about the car we were interested in, arranged the test drive—and what I loved most—did not pressure us at all at any point in time.
