I had an excellent experience at Kia Danforth thanks to Mo and Trevor. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Mo took the time to clearly explain all the details and options, while Trevor made the process smooth and stress-free. I bought a supposedly clean car with no issues only to come to find out the left BOSE speaker was not working. When contacted the sales person the next day, I got a typical response: placing the the blame on me for not checking everything before the purchase, etc, etc I asked that a manager call me back to discuss why a broken speaker was not disclosed at the time of the sale but no one called me back. This dealership is no different than a typical shady non dealership used car lot in my opinion. Very shady practices

Great experience at Toronto Kia! The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything smooth and easy. I felt well taken care of by Akilan and really appreciated the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
