Very bad experience.i had appointment this morning for oil change early in the morning.and I booked a week ahead.for oil change they told me to wait 2.5 to 3 hours.so I cancelled my appointment.sacrifice my sleep and wasted my times.worst service .
Run far, far away from this dealership - they take advantage of elder females, and outright lie! They say thousands of dollars in 'options' are 'not' actually options? Shame. If that's not enough, they'll actually sell you a car that has a MAJOR recall on it, and NOT disclose this to you prior to signing! And ...they will ask you if it's ok to have 100 kms 'extra' on your new car (in other words, while they have it a the dealership, you bet they're letting others take it for a test drive, while they're waiting for the recall... read more
The dealer quote for a car is way over and beyond KIA recommended MSRP price. Remove me from your call list. I already requested to remove my number but you keep calling me from different numbers.
Brought my car in for a service appointment and was helped by Kyrell. He was super nice, helpful, and professional. I needed a part replaced and was worried about driving over the long weekend without it. Kyrell understood my concern, got me in first thing the next morning, expedited the fix, and had me back on the road by noon. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Great experience. Kyrell is top notch!
