Very disappointing experience as a first-time car buyer. I was told about gap insurance, but a “negative equity privilege” charge was added without being clearly explained or properly disclosed. Optional costs were not transparent, and I was not fully informed about what I was agreeing to. When I asked for clarification afterward, I received little to no response. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. It felt misleading and poorly handled from start to finish.
