Before the dealership changed ownership, my service appointments were completed on time. Since the new owners took over, not a single one of my service appointments has been completed when promised. Every time, I've been without my car for at least one extra day, and often for multiple days beyond the original completion estimate. The dealership has also become much more disorganized. For example, they eliminated the valet service they previously offered, and the overall customer experience has declined significantly.

This place has gone down hill with new management recently. Calls don't get answered, detailing was very bad... soaked my car seats, cars are held for days with no communication, I used to get drives back and forth from dealership now they cancelled that program. It's just corner cut after corner cut with no recourse for the customer.

I recently purchased a 2026 kia sportage hybrid from kia toronto on the danforth. My sales member, Akilan Kanagaratnam was fantastic. Today I brought my car in to the service department as my start engine button was stuck. Totally my fault as it was caused by sand that my dogs bring in the car. Anyway upon arrival a tech immediately looked at the issue, they took my car into their service bay and within 30 - 40 minutes they had resolved the issue. Akilan and the team at Toronto Kia helped me to feel much more at ease with buying a vehicle and having it shipped to my city, without ever having seen it. There wasn't any sales pressure or pressure to get coverage I didn't want. I was pretty paranoid that I might be scammed and they were very patient with me and didn't downplay my concerns.
