Great staff, reception desk, audiologists and the ENT specialist, Dr. Halik. I have been seen by them for almost 20 years now. started with their Markham office and then in Toronto. They are independent which means they carry all the major brands and don’t force you with an in-house brand, unlike a lot of outfits these days.
The worst service ever. They act like they’re doing you a favour these so-called doctors. if you don’t want to treat people, you should’ve gone into a different career. Pathetic people.
I have been a patient for over 10 years and I have only good things to say about Lorraine, Dr. Halik, Sandy, and all the staff. They are knowledgeable, always helpful, personable and fun.
If you plan to have an appointment here and you’re booked for a specific time, expect to wait for additional 1 hour to get in to see the specialist. They ask you to come in 5-10mins before your appointment but keep you waiting in the waiting room for at least 1 hour past your booking (not exaggerating). Once you finally get into the office, expect to wait another 15mins or so, before the specialist enters the room. I recommend going somewhere else. Plus $12 parking is absurd.
