It took 13 phone calls over three days to this Dr's office to arrange a referral for my mum to go to a cardiologist. During one phone call I was given a message that Dr Procter "has it (the referral) on his to-do list but he 's not concerned about it." What an appalling attitude for a doctor who legally has a duty of care to his patients. I have to allocate 1 star to enable this review to be posted but I feel that this is overly generous.
