Paid out of pocket to get my son seen sooner while we waited for JHH. What a waste of money! The female dr told us "absolutely nothing wrong with his vision".. yet JHH have said hes near legally blind in one eye -6, -8. Waste of time, money and the trip! And when i was called cause they had to reschedule his next app (dont know why he needed one, since nothing wrong according to the "doctor") she didnt care to hear how epically they had messed up my babies diagnosis (i think he was 8mth old at time of visit)

Worth the wait for excellent care, expensive but worth it. We originally traveled from the north coast to come to this practice and have been coming now for 15 years due to quality of care. Not far from the water and parks to find something to do while waiting.
I was charged $330 per child today for a procedure the dr told me could be done for free at the optometrist. I had my 3 children seen. The receptionist just called to say she accidentally charged me $30 less than she should have so can I call Monday to fix it up. Absolutely rorting the system. All up my kids were in the rooms for 45 minutes.
