Contacted Toronto Camping Centre late this afternoon and was helped by Vito. Even though it wasn't his dept he assisted me with a unique item for my 2007 pop up camper. Initially he found something related, however it wasn't the correct item. I said thanks and ended the call. About a half hour later, Vito sent me a picture of the item I was searching for. That is the definition of excellent customer service. Thanks Vito.
