When your wife's 20 year old CRV she's had from day one starts smoking and misfiring, the next question is what do we do? Your brain wonders of your options. Is it time to replace the car or have it repaired? The research now begins on cost to do either. During this process I came across TORONTO JDM AUTO PARTS on Baywood Rd & ZABI. I decided to go by their shop after speaking with Zabi who told me about the CRV's engines from Japan. They carry different brands of Japanese engines, starters, alternators etc. After meeting Zab... read more
I emailed and contacted Toronto JDM Auto Parts about a month ago because some one Reddit told me he bought his Prius engine (imported from Japanese Domestic Market) there and my Lexus CT200h was starting to show signs of early head gasket issue. I quickly gave them a call and Zabi apologized for not having been able to get back to me. During this one month, I was ... read more
I don't usually write reviews but I recieved such an excellent service from Zabi and his team that feel I must write one. Zabi find me the lowest mileage engine for my Sienna at the lowest possible price, installed, compare to quotes from other mechanics. He was very patient, knowledgeable in explaining the process and warranties. He even let me store my van in his shop for a few days until I had my papers in order. Very smooth, worry free transaction. Highly recommended.
It has been an honor getting my car engine for Toyota Prius 2017 model from JDM auto parts. ZabiUllah was a pleasure to work with. He was very honest in his dealing and he charged me very fairly for the engine. If you have any issue with engine, you can trust this person with your eyes closed. I am very pleased with my car as it feels brand new. It came with 3 month warranty and he gave an extra month. Thank you for an amazing experience.
