They are now permanently closed without warning. It is challenging to get in touch with someone for the records to we could take care of our cat and find someone else to go to. They were very kind and compassionate with our cat and they were able to help us navigate our pet insurance. Very grateful for them 🙏
Asked for clarification on the tests required for my dog while booking a consultation and was hung up on. I was very polite. Called back and was refused an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. They clearly only care about money, not animals. Advocating for an animal and value for your money should not be treated with such disrespect.
Note: please note my review has nothing to do with the refill of my medication. I understood that fully. My emails were quick replies to theirs and then another quick email to request my records for transfer. Also I was terminated after my second email where I voiced concerns about a who was seeing my dog. My review surrounds the nature of transparency within the clinic. The Toronto Animal Eye Clinic was very prompt and efficient following our referral from our primary veterinarian we were able to get a consultation with a board certified ophthalmologist within a week. The consultation process included pulling up to 1/6 parking spots, calling the office to check your pet in, the team coming and taking your dog alone into the office for assessment, returning your dog within 20-30mins depending on the diagnostic tests they perform, and the ophthalmologist calling with their diagnosis and recom... read more
