We have used Cat for years and have loved their skid steers. We have had a couple of issues with them over the past couple of years not necessarily pertaining to this division. Most recently, we have a field service tech come out to look at our machine. We were required to pay a 3k deposit. We were told the rate they bill out to which we agreed. We were told we would be billed for travel time as well. Where we were caught off guard was that drive time is billed out at more than twice their hourly rate to actually repair the ... read more

Jason Woodward, Paul Alfano and Angelo Di Benedetto are the best. Always accurate and very professional. This industry needs more of these clear and concise people. Give them a problem, they will find a solution.
I like the Christmas Lights on the Construction Equipment on the Front Lawn. Nice to see in a Concord Company. The Developers really ought to take note of how to be a Nicer Canadian Company like Toromont Cat of Toronto.
