Do not recommend. Nicole did my taxes for 2023. Apparently, Nicole did them incorrectly (per the IRS) and now I owe money. I’ve written and texted Nicole many times to get help with this and she continues to ignore my responses. Thanks, Nicole. I really appreciate it. Update: “The preparer (Nicole) entered wrong info from your W2s for the social security withholdings.”
