For the amount of fees they charge ($600) to prepare a simple return when I only had one W2 and a 1099G you'd think they would do your taxes correctly. Apparently not, the IRS made an upward adjustment of $100 because they made an error and then I decided to audit my own taxes and found $2,700 that they missed which I should of been refunded. I arrived to my fingerprint appointment at 2:40pm only to find the office was locked with no one inside. I waited over an hour and called every number I could find and could not get through. I would recommend finding a different location for fingerprints.
