Arrived on time and did a very good job steam cleaning our carpet.
Toro Steam Cleaning’s customer service is on a level all its own — absolutely PHENOMENAL. They went above and beyond by coming to pick up my rug, which was white and definitely needed some 911-level help… and they absolutely killed it. They got every stain out, it smells amazing, looks brand new, and even feels fresh again. I’m seriously impressed. Carpet and floor cleaning did not meet expectations, promised remedial work was never completed, and communication from vendor ceased.
