John, I never stated when I placed the call, so the assumptions in your response regarding timing, staffing, or whether someone was physically in your office are incorrect and irrelevant. The call was made to your business number, and the manner in which it was handled is what prompted my review. I stand by my account. I called this business because of the high ratings, but I was met by a rude, uneducated woman who didn’t seem to know anything about plumbing. To top it all off, she thought she had disconnected the call, and I ended up hearing a two-minute rant — presumably with a coworker — about how I “can’t afford to live in Maplewood” simply because I didn’t agree to her astronomical service charge. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Steve and Dan were super knowledgeable about my boiler and different issues with my radiators. They are also just great people. I will be using them every year to maintain my heating system.

These people are the worst. Don’t waste your money. They’re just bad people, all of them. I paid over $13,000 for a new tankless boiler. They came, they installed it, and I wrote them a check for over $13,000. Less than a month later, when it was a very cold night—14° to be exact—the unit went down. We had no hot water and no heat. I called the company several times.
