By far... the best service, I've ever had when dealing with the auto motive repair and collision industry. Everything was smooth from the paper work to my bumper. :) I would definitely recommend this business several times. Very professional and friendly staff. 5 Stars.
Poor Experience — Would Not Recommend I had a similar issue with this shop. Mr. Parviz repainted my Corolla’s front bumper. The price was reasonable, but he kept postponing the completion date. If you only have one car, this is a big problem since they don’t offer a courtesy car. The job was finally done after a three-week delay, but just 7,000 km later the paint started chipping badly — the whole bumper now looks salted because the paint is peeling off due to poor adhesion or bad paint quality. Not recommending this shop.
Extremely Disappointed — Would Strongly Avoid I brought two cars to this body shop, and both experiences were a nightmare. The first car was supposed to have the front bumper and fender replaced and painted. I paid a deposit upfront so the owner could order the parts, and we agreed I’d drop the car off in two weeks. However, on the scheduled date, he refused to take the car, claiming he was too busy — even though we had an agreement. two bumpers, one fender, and paint damage, all done very well at a very reasonable price - I got three quotes and this was the best. Car looks great now. Can recommend this place.
