We don’t live in Norco, but if we did, Toro would definitely be in the regular rotation. What a pleasant surprise! Coming from west LA, I was floored to order 15 pieces of high-quality sashimi, with thick, generous cuts for only $38. For reference, a restaurant that rhymes with "can't see ya" is almost double that which is crazy.
