1st impressions last!! Rude Manager (skinny old lady) she is not hospitable (she doesn't makes you feel comfortable and at home) They don't provide high chairs for toddler. The chicken wings is TOO SALTY. Compliments to the Host, our food servers and the lady in the counter very welcoming and friendly. Good music. #8/2/2020

We had a terrible experience at Torne Valley Winery. When we arrived at 12:15, with a party of 6, we were told there would be about an hour and 15 minute wait. There were signs all around stating there was a 2 hour maximum sa we figured no problem. So wrong. After 2 and 1/2 hours we still were not seated. Saw tables ordering more wine that clearly were there longer than 2 hours. Also they were serving people at the bar who were not seated or ordering food, a clear violation of NYS regulations. Fantastic winery!! Love the seyval blanc, traminette, cab franc, to name a few! Debbie is awesome btw!
I never done this before but I had to do this. The customer service was extremely poor. We went yesterday and the lady inside was extremely rude. The customer service is unbelievably bad here. We drove all the way from Long Island and this was not pleasant.
