I will NEVER use Sal or any of his subcontractors ever again and will NEVER refer him to anyone!! Deadlines were not met, promises were not kept, work in some areas was shotty at best, and he was constantly wanting $$$ - saying we " were holding his money hostage "!! Yes, we were, we hired him for a complete demo and reno and we lived to regret the decision. Make sure to get everything in writing. Make sure if a subcontractor is promised, get their name in writing. I was promised all top of the line subcontractors and when the work was being performed Sal said they weren’t available. There seemed to be more accidental damage through the entire project then work was being performed. A dissatisfied ustomer.
